Our flower farm enthusiast and certified yoga teacher Maya will guide you through traditional breathing techniques and gentle movements to ease into your day. Experience yoga as a therapeutic practice to help condition your mind & body.
A one-hour guided yoga practice, instruction on exercises to help with anxiety & depression and a small dahlia bouquet is included with your admission.
Please bring your own mat. No experience is necessary. In the case of inclement weather, refunds will be issued.
